Job summary

Alto Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant / Caregiver to provide hands-on resident care in our Assisted Living community, building meaningful relationships with residents and ensuring comfort, dignity, and connection on every shift.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and collaborating with the Resident Services Director to maintain a positive environment; CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year related health care experience.
• Must complete required dementia training in any Community with an Ensemble Program.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Community is a drug free workplace; adheres to Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under supervision, maintaining a positive environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.).
• Document care and maintain resident service plans.
• Communicate with Resident Services staff to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Promote a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Support neighborhood programming and operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
