Job summary

ROCKY MOUNTAIN CARE-HEBER LLC in Heber, UT seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Advocate to support residents with daily living activities in alignment with care plans and facility policies.

You will assist with meals, mobility, documentation, and reporting changes in resident condition. A current CNA credential is preferred; CPR/BLS and Food Handler permits are required, along with good standing and the ability to work as part of a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Assists resident with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services at meals including setup, delivery, feeding, and documenting intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and monitors intake.
• Documents weight and skin condition changes and reports to nurse/supervisor.
• Completes flow sheets and communicates factors affecting work performance.
• Performs duties in a compliant, respectful manner and protects resident rights.
