Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care – Cottage on Vine in Murray, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and help maintain meal service and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• English language proficiency as required for communication with residents and staff.
• CPR/BLS certification current and active.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services to assigned residents per care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Coordinate dining room services, deliver meals, and document intake.
• Weigh and track resident weight; report changes to nurse.
• Monitor skin condition and report any pressure areas or skin breakdown.
• Assist with toileting, transfers, and position changes.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices; document accurately.
