Job summary

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved PCA program, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies.
