Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support patient care under RN direction. You will provide essential basic care, assist with transportation, and contribute to the patient’s plan of care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold WA CNA certification, completion of an accredited CNA program, and BLS/CPR. Preference given to those with hospital experience. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay in the Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program, upon hire
• Military medical specialty training, upon hire
• Certified Nursing Assistant: WA, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
• Food Handler Permit: WA, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Provides patient personal care, including feeding, bathing, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitors, reports, and documents clinical activities; communicates changes to the RN.
• Supports the interdisciplinary plan of care and adheres to unit standards.
