Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification.
• WA Nursing Assistant certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient personal care/hygiene and comfort, including feeding, bathing, mobility and daily living activities.
• Assist with patient transport and support the patient’s plan of care under RN direction.
• Document and communicate changes in patient condition to the RN and other team members.
