Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides patient personal care/hygiene and comfort, including feeding, bathing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Performs, monitors, reports, and documents clinical activities; observes changes in patient condition.
• Assists with admission, discharge and transfer, orienting patient/family and transporting.
• Maintains a neat, safe environment and stocks supplies.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
