Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. This role includes evenings and overnight hours with an 11:00 PM–7:30 AM schedule on weekdays and alternating weekends.

We offer competitive pay up to $24/hour plus overnight differentials and a Med Tech rate, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, on-site health services, education assistance, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

Job description

Location: Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Schedule: 2 weekdays and every other weekend 11P-7:30A in assisted living. Must be come a Med Tech. We will train!

Compensation: Up to $24/hr, plus overnight differentials and med tech rate.
