Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living and person-centered care in our Bucks County community. The role includes two weekdays and alternating weekend shifts from 11 PM to 7:30 AM in assisted living, with training provided to become a Med Tech.

Compensation includes up to $24/hour plus overnight differentials and a Med Tech rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.

Job description

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Schedule: 2 weekdays and every other weekend 11P-7:30A in assisted living. Must be come a Med Tech. We will train!

Compensation: Up to $24/hr, plus overnight differentials and med tech rate.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
