Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in daily living and deliver person-centered care in the Memory Care Unit.

You will work 32 hours per week on night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM), with a commitment to compassionate service and teamwork, and you will receive training where needed. Competitive compensation up to $24/hr plus shift differentials and a Med Tech rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state you work in.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.
• State regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Position Overview

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet our residents' needs.

Compensation

Up to $24/hr, plus shift differentials & Med Tech rate. Med Tech Required; we will train.

Schedule

32 hours a week, 11P-7:30A in our Memory Care Unit. (3 weekdays and every other weekend)

How You Will Make an Impact

• Supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs


• Assisting residents in activities of daily living


• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging


• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs


• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred


• Current CPR certification is preferred.


• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Basic computer skills required.
