Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities across Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing & Memory Care. Compensation ranges from $19–$24/hour with shift differentials and Med Tech pay, plus eligibility for training to become a Med Tech.

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to address residents’ needs in a timely manner.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.Ann’s Choice has different levels of care- Assisted Living, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing & Memory Care.

Compensation: $19-$24/ hour (depending on experience), plus shift differentials and Med Tech pay. Training available for qualified CNAs interested in becoming Med Tech. CNA without Med Tech positions also available.

Schedule Options: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Full-time and part-time positions offered.

How you will make an impact

• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
