Benchmark Senior Living’s Academy Point at Mystic location is hiring a Part-Time CNA for 2nd Shift, 3p-11p, every other weekend. Starting hourly rate is $20.75 with a $1/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Dementia care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Deliver exceptional resident-focused service and maintain a caring environment.

Job Description

Academy Point at Mystic is hiring a Part-Time CNA for 2nd Shift, 3p-11p, Every Other Weekend. Starting hourly rate is $20.75. Shift Diff eligible on 2nd Shift, $1/hour.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
