Benchmark at South Farms in Middletown, CT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for all shifts on a part-time basis. Starting pay is $19.25 per hour.

The role includes an every-other-weekend rotation to support resident care in a warm, home-like setting. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting care, and communicating changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required
• Previous experience with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

Benchmark at South Farms is hiring Part Time CNA for All Shifts, with an Every Other weekend rotation. Starting hourly rates is $19.25

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
