Job summary

Powdersville Post Acute is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a part-time basis in Easley, SC. You will provide direct resident care and support with daily needs while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer competitive pay of $16–$18/hour with a $2/hr weekend shift differential, and options for part-time or PRN scheduling, plus benefits and opportunities to pick up shifts within our network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobility needs.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members.
