Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and help create a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care.
