Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care across Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns counties. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available for caring professionals who engage well with clients.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting mobility. Certification as a CNA or HHA is required, with reliable transportation and a patient-first approach valued.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or Home Health Aide certification.
• Experience preferred in patient care.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.
• Reliable transportation required to serve multiple counties in FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor vital signs and document changes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.

• Experience with Dementia
• Experience with ADL's and IADL's
• Experience with limited non weight bearing patients.
• Experience working with patients that has wound management
• Experience working with Super pubic catheters
• Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed
• RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!
• 2 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred)

• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
