HomeWell Care Services is seeking CNAs or HHAs for full-time/part-time care in Volusia, Flagler, and St. Johns counties.

You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, help with mobility and transfers, prepare meals, offer companionship, and help with light housekeeping. A valid CNA/HHA certification is required and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA or Home Health Aide certification (or completion of a recognized training program).
• Experience in patient care preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate, caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying).

• Experience with Dementia
• Experience with ADL's and IADL's
• Experience with limited non weight bearing patients.
• Experience working with patients that has wound management
• Experience working with Super pubic catheters
• Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed
• RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!
• 2 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred)
