Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire.
• Current CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients per the plan of care and hospital policy.
• Assist with safe patient transport via wheelchair or stretcher.
• Act as an Observer for patients requiring constant observation and document care in the EMR.
