Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) for part-time or full-time roles across Oahu. You will assist seniors at home with daily activities, medication reminders, and mobility support, while providing companionship and monitoring health changes.

The positions offer flexible hours, weekly pay, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are comfortable with hands‑on lifting and mobility support

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
