Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O’ahu is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care for seniors in Kāneʻohe. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules with weekly pay and supportive team backing you in a meaningful role.

You’ll assist with daily personal care, offer companionship, remind about medications, and monitor health changes, all while collaborating with our care team to ensure quality in-home services on Oʻahu.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• In-person skills training required.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in clients' health and well-being
• Work closely with our care team to deliver outstanding home care
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings
