Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is hiring Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent at home on O'ahu. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with weekly pay and flexible hours, plus comprehensive training and support from day one.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders, provide companionship, and drive clients to appointments around the island, joining a caring team that values dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
