Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help seniors stay independent at home across Oahu. Part-time or full-time roles with weekly pay and flexible hours provide meaningful, day-to-day impact.

Ideal candidates hold Hawaii NA/CNA certification; prior senior care is a plus. You’ll build trust with clients, work with a supportive team, and grow your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• Current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well solo or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice health or mood changes and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
