Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help seniors stay independent and safe in their homes on O'ahu.

This in-home care role offers flexible hours with part-time or full-time options, weekly pay, and a supportive team. You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders while driving clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Demonstrate compassion and a customer-focused approach
• Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
