Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oʻahu is seeking warm Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent, safe, and smiling in their own homes on Oʻahu. This part-time role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and hands-on training from day one within a supportive team culture.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and transportation to appointments, combining care with companionship across Kapolei and Ewa Beach communities.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Strong communication and reliable, compassionate care.
• Able to work solo or as part of a care team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, supportive presence.
• Notice changes in health or mood and report appropriately.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals for each client.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings around Oʻahu.
