Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help seniors stay independent, safe, and smiling in their own homes across O'ahu.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, providing companionship, noticing health changes, coordinating with care teams, and driving clients to appointments around the island. Competitive pay and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Strong people skills and empathy; patient care experience valued.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with lifting and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice health or mood changes and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
