Job summary

Right at Home in Michigan is seeking dedicated caregivers who are passionate about providing quality care to those in need. If you’re seeking a rewarding opportunity where you can thrive both personally and professionally, we want you on our team.

Full and part-time hours are available. Competitive pay from $16 to $19 per hour with raises after 30, 60, and 90 days, plus on-demand pay, paid training & certification, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, PTO, 401K, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years caregiving experience (private or facility-based).
• Hospice experience, incontinence experience and Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift or transfer up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.
