Job summary

Right at Home Central Michigan is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide quality in-home care in Milford, Hartland, and Commerce. Join a compassionate team that values growth, well-being, and success, and help clients with daily living tasks and companionship.

We offer competitive pay ($15–$19/hour), on-demand pay, flexible scheduling, paid training to earn your HHA certificate, and opportunities for raises after 30, 60, and 90 days. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of caregiving experience (private or facility-based). Preferred
• Hospice experience, incontinence experience, and Hoyer lift experience. Preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.

Competitive pay from $15 to $19 per hour, possible raises after 30, 60 and 90 days.

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
