Job summary

Right at Home in East Lansing, MI is seeking dedicated caregivers for full- and part-time shifts. Earn competitive pay from $15 to $17 per hour with raises after 30, 60, and 90 days, plus opportunities to earn an HHA certificate in 90 days and receive a pay raise.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience (private or facility-based).
• Hospice experience, incontinence experience and hoyer lift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's) like bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
