Job summary

Right at Home Central Michigan is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home. We offer full and part-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance with paid training and HHA certification.

Earn $16–$19 per hour with potential raises after 30, 60, and 90 days. Join a leading team that values growth, well-being, and success for both clients and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of caregiving experience (private or facility-based).
• Hospice experience, incontinence experience and Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift or transfer up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.
