Job summary

Right at Home in Michigan (Flushing) is seeking caring and dedicated caregivers to provide quality in-home assistance. You will support clients with daily living tasks, offer companionship, help with mobility and medications, and maintain a safe, uplifting home environment.

We offer full and part-time shifts, competitive pay, opportunities to earn raises after 30, 60, and 90 days, and paid training to obtain an HHA certificate. Join a team that values growth, well-being, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience (private or facility-based).
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Incontinence experience preferred.
• Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
