Job summary

Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Night Shift CNA to join our dedicated team in Missouri. You'll provide hands-on resident care, support ADLs, and help maintain dignity, safety, and independence for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

You'll work with an experienced nursing staff, follow care plans, document care, and adhere to infection prevention and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents per care plan.
• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation and mobility devices.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments; change linens as needed.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds; monitor skin integrity.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide excellent service.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when appropriate.
• Document care according to facility policies.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in shift reports and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for residents and families.

Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our night shift team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Night Shift CNA, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence while working alongside an experienced nursing team dedicated to delivering outstanding care.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with each resident's care plan
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and the use of mobility or adaptive equipment
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments by changing linens, clothing, and incontinent products as needed
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds while ensuring resident comfort and skin integrity
• Answer resident call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding when appropriate
• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team
• Help create a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

Required

• Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

• Previous experience as a CNA in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long‑Term Care, Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Assisted Living community
• Experience providing direct resident care and assisting with activities of daily living
