Job summary

Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation in Jefferson City, MO is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a consistent day shift. As a CNA you will provide compassionate direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and follow care plans with nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (in good standing).
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions.
• No experience required – new CNAs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable resident environments.
• Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle-free.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in condition.
• Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
