Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Blue Springs, MO is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the night shift in our skilled nursing facility. Under new management, we offer 12-hour night shifts and Daily Pay to support our dedicated team.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with overnight care, monitoring safety, completing rounds, documenting care, and communicating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification – required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working overnight.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs).
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition.
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
