Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Blue Springs, MO is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for the night shift in our skilled nursing facility. Under new management, we’re creating a more supportive workplace where CNAs are valued, respected, and supported.

This full-time role offers 12-hour night shifts, daily pay, and a competitive hourly rate with night differential. Active Missouri CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required, with experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification – required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working overnight.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs).
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition.
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
