Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the day shift in our skilled nursing facility. Under new management, CNAs are supported and valued as part of a positive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification is required.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly
• Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements
