Job summary

John Knox Village in Missouri is seeking a licensed CNA to provide direct resident care on the Memory Care Unit. The role supports the village mission with PRIDE values and requires working the 7pm-7am night shift on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADL, recording vitals, maintaining charts, and coordinating with nursing staff. Candidates must have MO KS CNA credentials as applicable and a valid driver's license; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• MO CNA certification required if working in MO; KS CNA and Home Health aide certification required if working in KS
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to residents, assisting with ADLs as directed.
• Accurately records temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures; records weights.
• Maintains resident cleanliness and comfort; reports information timely to supervising nurse.
• Completes required nursing documentation and charting.
• May perform custodial, housekeeping, food service and escort duties as needed.
• Assist residents with eating and participates in care conferences.
