Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is hiring Certified Medication Aides to support residents in Memory Care and Assisted Living.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17.35 per hour, with shifts including day and afternoon options, and a schedule that includes every other weekend. CMAs provide person-centered care, assisting with daily living and administering medications under clinical supervision.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.
• Administration of medication to residents.
