Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents in daily living across Memory Care and Assisted Living. Shifts include Day 7am-3:30pm and Afternoon 3pm-11:30pm; all roles require a State Certified CNA and Medication Administration certification; starting pay $17.35/hour.

You will assist with activities of daily living, implement care plans, provide companionship, and administer medications under the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Administer medications to residents.
