Job summary
Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents in memory care and assisted living with person-centered care and medication administration.
We offer diverse benefits, education assistance, and growth opportunities. Compensation starts at $17.35 per hour, with shifts including days and afternoons and an every-other-weekend requirement.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
- Current Medication Administration certification per state requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Assist residents in activities of daily living.
- Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
- Administer medications to residents.
