Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is seeking Certified Medication Aides to join our care team. Shifts include day and afternoon with varying weekly hours, and all positions require state CNA certification and medication administration certification under state rules.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living, administering medications, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure timely, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required by state of work.
• Current Medication Administration certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living, ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care plans aligned to preferences.
• Administer medications as prescribed, coordinating with clinical team.
• Collaborate with nursing and activities staff to meet residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents' condition promptly.
