Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents in daily living with person-centered care. Open shifts include Day Shift 7am–3:30pm (16 hours/week) and Afternoon Shift 3pm–11:30pm (32 hours/week) or 24 hours/week, with every other weekend required.

Candidates must be state-certified CNAs and have current Medication Administration certification; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for Michigan.
• Current certification for Medication Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Administer medications to residents.
