Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living in Memory Care and Assisted Living. We offer varied shifts and competitive pay starting at $17.35 per hour, with additional shift premiums possible.

Candidates must be State Certified CNAs, with current Medication Administration certification. Minimum 1 year CNA and 1 year Med Administration experience preferred; CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living and provide person-centered care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' care plans with emphasis on comfort and belonging.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
• Administer medications to residents.
