Health Dimensions Group is seeking a CNA Manager & Nursing Scheduler at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in Chippewa Falls. You will lead CNAs, coordinate staffing across shifts, and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations while maintaining high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates bring a Wisconsin CNA license, demonstrated leadership in long-term care, and strong scheduling abilities. Knowledge of HIPAA and care plans is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Wisconsin CNA license.
• Demonstrated leadership in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.
• Extensive CNA or caregiving experience.
• Strong scheduling and staffing coordination skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with care plans and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CNA staff with mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and manage staffing schedules for all shifts.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership on census and acuity-based staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor daily operations and address staffing or operational issues.
• Assist onboarding of new CNAs and provide training on regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation related to staffing, personnel records and regulatory compliance.
