Qualifications

• Current eligibility on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• Dependability and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, quality care.
• Long-term care experience is welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Support toileting and continence needs.
• Document vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Respond to call lights and member needs.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Follow individualized plans of care.
• Maintain clean, homelike environment.
• Provide care that promotes dignity and independence.
