Job summary

Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director at Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls, a 72-bed skilled nursing facility in Chippewa Falls, WI. This leadership role focuses on resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You'll work with the leadership team to develop teams, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional resident experience while guiding day-to-day operations and acting as Executive Director

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience within a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility or Senior Housing setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Nursing Home Administrator licensed (LNHA) in Wisconsin or ability and willingness to obtain.
• Experience with project planning, development, and implementation.
• Experience collaborating with local healthcare partners.
• Experience driving financial results and understanding regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support community operations to ensure quality care and strong performance.
• Provide administrative direction in the absence of the Executive Director and act when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and procedures.
• Oversee departments and drive continuous improvement across the community.
• Lead staff development, education, and safety initiatives.
• Support regulatory audits, surveys, and census goals.
