Good Samaritan in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will perform daily living activities, monitor residents, and support the care team under an RN's supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, recording vital signs, and maintaining infection prevention practices. A CNA certification is required, with ongoing education credits, and a sign-on bonus of $3,500

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required.
• Maintains continuing education credits annually (minimum 12 hours).
• Registered or eligible for state CNA registry; driving may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility exercises.
• Support meals, nutrition, and dining experiences for residents.
• Ensure infection prevention practices and document activities.
