Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and in-state licensure preferred.
• 1 year of medical clerical experience may be required or preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living to promote patient comfort.
• Collect vital signs and patient data; document in medical records.
• Report abnormalities to licensed staff and ensure continuity of care.
• Perform basic procedures and assist with unit operations as directed by staff.
• Support clerical tasks to facilitate department workflow.
