United Methodist Communities is offering a paid CNA training program in The Shores, Ocean City, NJ. You’ll be hired full-time in a support role and attend a 6-week, on-site CNA course while receiving paid training. Upon certification, you transition to a CNA role with a raise up to $23/hour.
Full-time employment starts immediately and includes benefits. Must be 18+, no prior nursing experience required, and commitment to the program and after CNA certification.

Successful completion of the training program and attainment of CNA certification are required. Once certified, you will transition into a CNA role at The Shores.
At every stage of this program, you are a full-time employee of The Shores — this is not a temporary or training-only position.
