Job summary

The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ, is hiring a Healthcare Certified Nursing Aide CNA. This full-time and per diem position offers $23-$25.55 per hour, with shift differentials for midday/evening, overnights, and weekends.

You will provide daily personal care, follow care plans, help residents during meals, and support mobility needs while building meaningful connections with residents and collaborating with the care team. CNA certification and NJ CPR are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current New Jersey CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• 6 months of prior long-term care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Follow resident care plans and document care to support continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to provide consistent, individualized support.
• Assist residents during meals and with mobility equipment.
• Build meaningful connections and collaborate with team members.
