Responsibilities

• Conduct routine resident check-ins to promote comfort, safety and engagement.
• Assist residents during meals and provide mobility support with devices as needed.
• Build positive relationships and encourage participation in activities and routines.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a welcoming, resident-centered experience.
